You will design, execute, and improve testing processes. Balance manual and automated testing efforts to ensure product quality and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify issues early, and enhance testing efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop detailed test plans and test cases for new features and products.
- Build, maintain, and execute automated test suites using frameworks like Selenium or Cypress.
- Conduct functional, regression, UAT, and performance testing.
- Coordinate with developers, product managers, and QA peers for quality alignment.
- Use JMeter/Locust for performance and load testing when applicable.
- Mentor junior QA engineers in test case creation and test process adherence.
- Track and retest defect fixes and analyze test reports.
- Ensure consistent quality metrics tracking and reporting.
